Hairline & Eyebrow Transplant for a Woman in Her 20s (FUT / 2,300 hairs)

 

Today, I’d like to share the story of a woman in her mid-20s who underwent a hairline correction and eyebrow transplant using the FUT (strip) method, with approximately 2,300 hairs transplanted in total.

💭 Initial Concerns

The patient was troubled by a wide forehead and deep M-shaped recession, which made her face appear larger and limited her hairstyle choices. In addition, she struggled with sparse eyebrows and had to rely heavily on makeup every day.



✍️ Customized Design and Planning

We carefully designed her new hairline and eyebrows by considering her face shape, natural curves, and overall facial symmetry. The goal was to create a natural and feminine look.

We decided to use the FUT (strip harvesting) technique for this case, which allowed for a higher number of grafts to be transplanted with precise dissection under a microscope.

Eyebrows were designed to be slightly slimmer, as per the patient's personal preference.




💉 Surgery & 1-Year Results

Immediately after surgery, there was some redness and swelling, which are normal and temporary. After about one year, the results were clear and highly satisfactory:

  • Her hairline is now full and natural-looking, with excellent density.

  • The M-shaped area is filled, giving the impression of a smaller, softer face.

  • Her eyebrows appear more defined, reducing her reliance on makeup.


  • Overall, she reported increased confidence and ease in styling her hair and face.
